Quality Beef, From Our Farm To Your Table

When our steers go to the butcher, the dry age in a climate controlled cooler for 8-12 days before being cut. This is to help tenderize the meat. During this time, we will have you contact the butcher to give them instructions for how you would like your beef processed. Cutting, packaging, and freezing take approximately three days. Your order will be ready for pick up approximately two weeks after the date your animal was delivered to the processor.
**Deposit required on all whole, half, or mixed quarter purchases. If we do not have beef available this year, ask to be put on our waiting list for the next year!
